About this event

Stunning in their simplicity, Gail Skoff's portraits and landscape photography provide a window onto the wine and food culture of France and Italy, and invite fresh insight into the relationship between people and the natural world.

Explore a special exhibition of Skoff's photography on display in the lobby of Peter J. Shields Library at UC Davis, and talk with the artist about her work. The event celebrates Skoff’s contributions to both art and the culture of wine and food in advance of a permanent gift of her works to the library’s special collections.

Wine and light hors d'oeuvres will be served. Must be age 21 or over to attend. Advance registration required.
